requirements

• Strong communication skills. You should be able to maintain a positive attitude while corresponding and provide thorough responses.
• Strong organization skills. We receive quite a lot of tickets and organizing /prioritizing responses is necessary.
• Fluent in English. If you speak other languages, this is a plus.
• Proficient in using Zendesk web platform.
• You can communicate internally with our team using Slack.
• Strong Internet connection and sufficient computer hardware (if working remote).
