Client Support Agent
Looking for part time support agents to manage client relations via support tickets on Zendesk. Daily tasks include replying to client inquiries and sorting tickets to their corresponding department. You will work with our existing support team to organize priority and pending tickets, follow up on updated support tickets, and redirect users to corresponding help desk articles.
requirements
- Strong communication skills. You should be able to maintain a positive attitude while corresponding and provide thorough responses.
- Strong organization skills. We receive quite a lot of tickets and organizing /prioritizing responses is necessary.
- Fluent in English. If you speak other languages, this is a plus.
- Proficient in using Zendesk web platform.
- You can communicate internally with our team using Slack.
- Strong Internet connection and sufficient computer hardware (if working remote).
