Copyright Complaint

File a copyright complaint to report content that infringes on your copyright.

Before you file a notice

Please note that we are unable to process DMCA notices that refer to sites hosted on third party servers or sites not owned or controlled by Too Lost. For music content we license to third party services (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, etc) on behalf of our users, we may issue takedown requests (if infringing). However, we cannot guarantee the speed and full cooperation of third party services.

Too Lost provides a service that allows record labels, artists, producers, musicians and rights holders to upload, distribute & license their music to stores and services worldwide. As outlined in our Terms of Use, Too Lost is not liable for any infringing content uploaded by our users.

Before submitting a DMCA notice, it's important to consider whether the material is in fact infringing your copyright or falls under fair use. If you are not sure, you should first consider seeking legal advice. You may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you misrepresent that material as your copyright.

Please follow these steps:

  • Verify that the material in question is hosted and distributed by Too Lost.
  • Contact the user (artist, label, etc) directly as an initial attempt to resolve the matter.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved directly, submit your complaint using the form below.
