A&R Coordinator, Latin Music
A&R Coordinators Too Lost report to the Head of A&R, identifying emerging acts and managing relationships with pre-existing clients. A&R Coordinators will aid in supporting senior level A&Rs while establishing/growing their own network in the music industry. A&R Coordinators will also be responsible for general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings/calls, reporting expenses, taking notes in meetings, etc. Along with the A&R duties outlined herein, this role also includes an operational component. Hirees will first be expected to demonstrate a superior understanding of not only Too Lost’s core products, but of the intricacies of independent music distribution at large. As an A&R Coordinator, you will also work closely with the A&R team in developing more efficient processes and workflows, collaborate on artist research and sharpen your interpersonal/communication skills as a representative of Too Lost.
tasks
- Assist A&R team in researching/identifying potential clients
- Deal Organization Assistance: Aid in organizing the structure and conditions of artist contract offers, deal points, and necessary deliverables required for signing new clients. Ensure all documentation is accurately recorded and easily accessible for reference.
- Onboarding Facilitation: Work closely with the Operations team to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new artists. Provide necessary delivery assets, such as audio files, artist information, metadata, writer and publishing splits, as directed by the A&R Manager or Department Head.
- Client Operations RODO Monitoring: Maintain and update the proprietary company RODO (Research Outreach Deal Structure Onboarding) sheet. Record and track deal terms as directed by the A&R Managers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and organizing documents for the Head of Deal Operations. Assist with email correspondence and ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Special Projects: Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Head of Deal Operations, leveraging your organizational and analytical skills to contribute to the team’s success.
- Information Management: Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. Ensure that all relevant documents and data are properly organized, stored, and accessible to authorized team members.
- Relationship Management: Foster positive working relationships with internal and external colleagues, including legal department personnel, A&R managers, artists, and other industry professionals, to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.

- Strong work ethic and use of discretion with confidential matters
- Proficient in Microsoft/Google Suite and other office productivity tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with both internal and external teams
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working/communicating with high level acts/executives
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under time restrictions without compromising integrity/quality of work
- Must be a team player with a focus on strategic planning in malleable environments
