• Contract Administration Support: Collaborate closely with the legal department to assist in the drafting and execution of artist distribution and publishing agreements. Maintain meticulous records of artist advances, term lengths, territories, and other relevant contract details. Proactively notify the appropriate departments of important contract dates and triggers.
• Aid in maintaining pre-existing client relationships
• Administrative tasks such as scheduling calls/meetings, recording expenses, booking travel, etc.
• Take notes in internal/external meetings
• Manage release assets including masters, artwork, label copy, pitch notes/epk, bios and press photos
• Help strategize artist rollout/marketing campaigns with senior level employees

• This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize efficiently, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and adapt with the rapid growth of the company. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of the music industry and contract administration. The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment is critical. Please note that additional responsibilities and tasks may be assigned by the Head of Deal Operations or communicated by the Company’s CEO. Your flexibility and adaptability to evolving needs and priorities will be essential in this role. 2-4 years of contract administration or business affairs experience within the music industry or related entertainment industry is required.
