Product Coordinator, Label Services
Product Coordinators at Too Lost are to report to the Head of Label Services, assisting PM’s priority artists/label accounts to ensure that releases are serviced accordingly, collecting marketing and pitch information, placements landed, sharing platform best practices and programming opportunities, and actively working to increase the success of the pitching process and support secured. An effective Product Coordinator has good communication skills, is well-organized, self-sufficient, and proactive in predicting client needs and ensuring that they are met. Product Coordinators will assist PM’s in liaising with clients (management teams/artists), respective A&Rs throughout the release process, and internally with the Marketing Team to ensure all three are on the same page before, throughout and following the release cycle. As a Product Coordinator, you will also work closely with your fellow PM’s and head of Label Services to develop more efficient processes and workflows, collaborate on marketing ideas and activations and constantly be seeking new ways to market music and are passionate about doing so. Along with the Product Coordinator duties outlined herein, this role also includes an operational component. Hirees will first be expected to demonstrate a superior understanding of not only Too Lost’s core products, but of the intricacies of independent music distribution at large.
tasks
- Work with the Marketing team & Head of Label Services to discuss forthcoming priority releases.
- Ensure priority release information is inputted on necessary pitching sheets, as well as logging YouTube pitches and placements landed.
- Discuss necessary deliverables and communicate project submission and deadlines with both A&Rs internally, and clients–sharing any marketing updates/movement with Head of Label Services.
- Coordinate releases and any associated questions with the operations team and ensure that any mapping or delivery errors are handled prior to release.
- Keep Priority Artist drive organized and up to date with latest artist assets, Press Photos, EPKs.
- Assist with submitting artists for programming opportunities and coordinating with A&R team to make sure that all relative artists are shared for fitting opportunities.
- Establish a clear trajectory/path of action items to ensure project execution (e.g. digital marketing, creative asset services, label/distribution partners, PR and more) through until completion.
- Implement artist development strategy – consistently maintain overarching release plans, analyze impact of marketing campaigns, work with internal teams to expand artists’ presence across platforms.
- Oversee ongoing marketing initiatives and non-release specific opportunities.
- Analyze post-release impact and work with the internal Marketing team to identify the best strategy to capitalize on any momentum.
- Forward-thinking/proactive, Constantly bring in additional opportunities for artists (assist in client-to-client collaboration as it makes sense, sponsorships/partnership deals, DSP opportunities etc)
- Working with artists/teams and internal marketing team/Head of Label Services to create one sheets and decks for pitching priority releases.

- Industry experience preferred
- Confident & comfortable engaging artists and managers
- Proficient in Social Media Marketing/Analytics - or have a basic understanding of it
- Creative/Design skills (Adobe Suite)
- A Can-Do attitude
